Alexandre Siboni, founder of Vingt Heures Vin, was not initially a wine specialist. He is an amateur whose passion for wine became "obvious" at some point in his life. When we love something, we move quickly.Vingt Heures Vin is mostly specialized in the wines of the south of the Rhone and Languedoc Valley, and offers 150 types, mostly from organic and biodynamic farming. Alexandre, for example, "worked" in several areas on the Larzac plateau. He feels particularly close to "Oliver Jantet, a self-taught biologist, at Mas Haut Buis. When a wine merchant cites names like this, I want to continue listening to them.
The cellar also has a nice selection of Corsican and Spanish meats. There are good cheeses from small producers, fresh salads, meat and cheese boards, hot toast, carpaccio, burgers (is it necessary?), La Bresaola, homemade foie gras.
