Housekeeping was wonderful! We also loved the picnic we had in the courtyard. Thank you for the Valentine’s Day chocolates on the bed . It made it special.

The hotel provided the perfect location for our very short stay in Paris. My daughters bought me a Eurostar ticket and an evening at The Moulin Rouge for my Christmas present. I had a major operation in 2015 and hadn't been abroad since. My girls knew I was worried about flying. With the excellent help of your staff, we were able to get a bus to the Eiffel Tower and eat at lovely restaurants. We also had a leisurely walk around Monmartre. .The only thing I couldn't do was watch an English channel on TV, but it wasn't a major problem! Thank you for placing us in adjoining rooms and for your warm welcome.

Really warm welcoming hotel with cosy clean rooms. Very good value hotel and were so efficient when leaving luggage to collect after check out. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay but the pillows were very tall and uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep. The room was also a tad smaller than expected but it was cozy and very charming.

The young lady at the front desk was beyond helpful and we appreciate her kindness to us during our stay.

When I come back to Paris, I will be staying here again. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel breakfast was delicious. The location was also perfect—although tucked away in a quiet side street, it is a five minute walk to the Blanche metro stop, and a ten minute walk from both the Pigalle and Place de Clichy stops. I loved this hotel and will be recommending it to my friends.

A nice hotel and comfortable room that is close to the Moulin Rouge (4 minute walk). Reasonably priced and close to shops and restaurants.

We booked this hotel on the basis of what was a very good price, not expecting too much. How wrong we were. This is a very very good hotel,. The staff are excellent and even though it is close to the very busy Pigalle, it is so quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room clean. The bars and restaurants towards the Sacre Coeur are excellent. We did not use the metro as prefer to walk but the nearest station is only a 3 minute walk We had great time at the Relais and would not hesitate to come back

All good, but air condition was very noisy. And the toilet was really cold

Reception staff were generally helpful, although the gentleman with glasses was exceptionally helpful and courteous.

The staff is attentive and caring. It was easy to reach the main sites of Paris from the hotel's location.

We had a beautiful stay in your lovely relais. The staff was as great as the interiors of the room.

There was a strong odor in the room when I arrived and I complained about it immediately. The odor was like a floral air freshener that wa applied much too strongly. It was necessary to keep the windows open a little all the time I was there to reduce the smell. Although I will recommend the hotel to others I will recommend they do not stay in room 302.

Also, it was not possible to find an English newspaper in the lobby. I was told someone must have taken it, but the excellent staff provided papers for me when I asked about it. Perhaps you just provide more copies in the lobby to begin with.

The location was wonderful for that small neighborhood feel, very quaint, and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Paris. Our room was small, but it was fine and the bed was amazingly comfortable. On a side street so there was no noise at all at night. Would highly recommend it for the price.

Our stay was wonderful. The atmosphere/decor and quality of service were far above anything we expected. It was the highlight of our visit to Paris. 'Staying at Le Relais Montmarte is a visit to Paris'.
